The mile is getting easier
So when I go run with my brother he forces me to do the 3 mile track. I can run the first one. Most of the second mile and part of the third mile. However, the first mile is getting a lot easier. I am going to try to focus on doing 2 miles next time I go run. I am a slow runner but I am getting better at this. Yay!

Run/Walk
I have never worked out in my life or played sports. I have been taking a workout class and have decided to run a 5k in 2 months. Today I ran a mile, ran most of the second, and walked most of the third. This was the first time I ran a mile without having to stop/walk. I am a horrible runner but Im getting better at it
